There are plenty of sofas near the reception, and you can have water or coffee while waiting to check in. The room is also very clean, and the bathtub is spacious enough to soak in comfortably. It's easy to get to Narita or Haneda Airport too via Exit 3 (elevator) of Higashi-Ginza Station next to the Kabuki Theatre.
