"The staff were lovely and helpful. The lobby is gorgeous, and the location is super close to everything but off Broadway so it’s not loud. But the property is being renovated. Our floor had no a/c in the hallway. Our room had not been renovated and had some issues. An extremely loud vent that was always running and rattling.
