"Wonderful checkin experience as it was late and there was quite a bit of activity in the lobby with guests waiting for the shuttle to head downtown but our customer service individual was friendly attentive to looking after us & guests waiting for their ride. Smiles and pleasantries are the best. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Pillows could be replaced but there were options to choose from and found a comfortable one! Breakfast is always nice with variety of foods to choose from. "

"My suite was in a cool spot overlooking a busy corner which made it fun for people watching. Parking was easy. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Only drawback was the noise level until the wee hours, but I had that expectation going in due to the location. Super convenient to lots of cool things to do - would stay again!"
