"Great but older huge hotel but a 10 mind taxi From centre But nice area up market properties and condos lots of shops around but not walkable The lake In front of the hotel Is nice abs about 7 miles to walk around it which I did abd has lots of bars cafes and places to eat and drink I was here 20 years ago and saw huge hotels like being built so nice to stay in one ,mostly catered for the Chinese market but fine and there an Olympic pool opera it you can use as guest of the hotel "

"Our stay was so lovely. We were given a room on a high floor after the first night so we could see Tay Ho lake. Our room was spacious with two beds, cleaned and restocked daily. Breakfast was on the 11th floor with exquisite outdoor seats and views. Options were varied with pho, fruit, eggs, salads, meats, rice, juices, tea and coffee. The staff were very responsive and dealt with any requests quickly. Staff gave us constant care and attention and seemed to enjoy their jobs and the hotel they...

"The location is okay. The staff are friendly and helpful. Short walking distance to Westlake but rather far from the Old & French Quarter area. The room size is very good and breakfast is pretty okay too. Overall a good stay. "

"It’s in a great part of the city, a bit quieter than the centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room size was much smaller than it appears on the photos. There’s little in bathroom amenities even though the bathroom was a good size. The shower door was very noisy and difficult to slide. There was no space to put the jug except on the floor. Just a couple of little changes would make it a much more pleasant stay. Also had trouble with the aircon. The hotel does have its charm. "

"The woman and young man who work at night are very nice. There are a lot of convenience stores, restaurants, and food stalls in the area. With that said, there was gum on the wall and sticky stuff in the fridge. The sheets weren’t clean and WiFi and power were inconsistent. I had to get a chair and unplug and replug the WiFi box in the hall every hour if I wanted to use it (and I needed it for work). OK for locals, not great for tourists."
