"Some of the receptionists aren’t friendly. I asked if I can request for a late check out but the guy receptionist said he cannot grant it due to high demand on the day we are leaving. So I went back the following day and found a different receptionist and this time she granted my late check out request. That guy looks stressed and was not even giving me an eye contact. Overall, the hotel is cery convenient to everything."
