They speak English well and theyve been so helpful with whats around the area as well as all around Taiwan. They have international power sockets too, which makes it easy to charge right away. "The hotel room is kinda creepy when you get inside and the room is on the basement as well as the cr is kinda dirty. The aircon cannot control by the guests that’s why mostly of our stay the temperature from the aircon is really hot we even sweat while sleeping because it’s too hot. But the hotel stuff are approachable in any way."

"We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel and the staff was really lovely, patient and helpful. I misread the French menu and didn’t see that they didn’t have a main course option which I could choose as a pescatarian, and they made a last minute substitution perfectly. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a restful getaway to opt for Volando. Our only suggestion is if there could be a gym added (but the surroundings are perfect for hiking)! "
