Nice bed & bathroom but the Smart TV wouldn’t let me log into myYouTube account. the room felt pretty cold probably because of the tiles even with the AC off but they were very responsive about my request for an extra blanket. They speak English well and theyve been so helpful with whats around the area as well as all around Taiwan. They have international power sockets too, which makes it easy to charge right away. "The hotel room was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately our room didn’t have an open window so it was difficult to tell the time of day without any natural light. Other rooms do have windows so I wish this was known ahead of time. While we were there, a big earthquake in Taiwan hit. Since we were in the 11th floor, the building swayed quite a bit. Fortunately nothing bad happened and we continued our stay. It was very comfortable and easy to fall asleep on the quality bed and pillow. "

"great place to stay, 5min walk away from the ximen mrt and a convenience store 1min away. also a rather good breakfast place a few seconds away. hotel itself was nice looking, quite spacious for the triple single bed. the amenities were self service, take as u need, which was nice. the 2nd level social floor was great as well; provided a space for us to takeaway our food and to have food there. had many options of food & drinks to choice from to consume.the gesture of the jigsaw card was cute.
