"Stayed 3 nights. Had to ask for room change because of unbearable odor. Moved to executive floor but found roaches in room and business center. In the last morning morning water clogged in the bathroom. Having said that, the staffers were mostly very courteous and friendly. Learn that the hotel will be knocked Down on November 1st, 2019 for rebuilding to reappear Hyatt Centric location in 2024. I am sure it will shine like a star again but also become very expensive too because of its location."
