"Hotel was nicely designed back there; however due to its age, it badly needs renovation. Mold can be found in bathroom tile gouts and glass door plastic strips. Prevalent cracks on walls. Stained carpet. Basic furniture. To sustain its pricing premium, at least part of the hotel should be maintained to deliver its price-value expectation. "
