"Great hotel with super attentive staff. Room is very comfortable and has great amenities. The checkin was easy and the staff were always available to assist during our stay. Hotel is conveniently situated above Q Square which has a great selection of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Train and Bus stations are also downstairs in the shopping mall. Perfect place to discover the city. Only thing this hotel could improve is their Gym, its not set up very well and the equipment is pretty bad.....

"The property is split between two buildings.. that wasn’t immediately apparent, but not really an issue after I was settled in… the room was in one side , breakfast was served in the other side. The street is very busy with traffic but I did not have any issues with noise at night. There was a slight maintenance issue with the door handle potentially coming loose, but it was resolved very quickly. Room service was very efficient and discreet. The one down side - it is not close to any MRT...

"Friendly and helpful staff. The room came with complimentary snacks and water. Not a lot of space in the room to arrange luggages however was manageable. The only inconvenience is the poor and inconsistent Internet/wifi connection. Disconnects at times and requires monitoring so you don’t end up using your own data. "

"Wonderful stay at iTaipei service apartment! The location was unbeatable, just above Taipei main station and Qsquare shopping centre. The mini kitchenette made it easy for quick breakfasts on those mornings that we couldn't wake up early enough. . Friendly front desk staff, security staff, and housekeeping staff. . Only drawback was that the pillows were too soft for me. "

"Property is fairly nice and very aesthetic. Also quite clean! The staff are friendly too! Location is convient, but the entrance is in a shopping area that closes after 9 or so and you have to take a back entrance if you come back late. Bathroom facilities are also not amazing, there are no good places to put your clothes and towel while you shower and there is only one bathroom per gender. Overall quite decent, especially for the price. Would stay again!"
