First and foremost for the excellent service, location, direct connection to subway, limousine bus directly to hotel and vice versa, rooms well maintained and awesome amenities. Special thanks to housekeeping, laundry service staff for finding my daughter’s AirPod before it went to the washing machine. Thank you for a very nice stay."

"Excellent location next to Ikebukuro station, many restaurants and a minute from McDonalds for breakfast on weekends when other cafes don't open yet. !0 min walk to Anime and another 10min to Sunshine City Plaza. Excellent for basic hotel and clean bathrooms. Our room was right adjacent from the station, so could hear the trains passing until they stopped running, but this didn't bother us at all. My husband is a light sleeper and he didn't have any problems, especially when we're so tired from...
