Pool area was not very tidy, towels left everywhere as not clear message where to leave them. No conditioner available in gym/pool area, own goal. "Great hotel. We stayed in the Hamlet apartment as a young family, which worked great for the flexibility and allowed us to make the most of the hotel amenities. The apartment itself needed some TLC and maybe an upgrade e.g. shower fitting nearly coming off the wall, some door handles almost coming off and some very worn carpet. "Lovely stay here in Stratford. Our room was large with a lovely bathroom and included a balcony, which sadly looked over the police car park! The toiletries were all l’occitane. Check in was quick and easy and communication prior to our stay was good, ensuring we had made parking arrangements and that our diner reservation was arranged.
