"We were really disappointed on arrival as the hotel was covered in scaffolding and the entrance looked much more like a 1970s multi-storey carpark than a 4* hotel. The stairs (the lift was out of order), reception area and room were very dated. The soundproofing in the bathroom was non-existent (my wife could hear everything next door). Having said that the beds were comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok."

Conveniently located for touring the Cotswolds and Stratford on Avon by car Biggest issie is very poor wifi in rooms except on phones, ipad connectons dropped off as soon as you leave the main pub area "
