"The condo was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The furniture was stained and looked dirty. The placemats that were put out on the table were dirty. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances (which we did not use), but the cookware (pots and pans) were very scratched up. We brought most of what we needed to cook with anyway. "The Best Western in St. Augustine had excellent reviews on the Hotel.com app, but I hadn’t stayed at BW for a long time. I was wrong to worry - the place was fantastic. It’s more of a motel than hotel. Meaning you park outside your room and there isn’t a “lobby” or main hotel - just an office to check-in. The parking is unique but makes perfect sense for the location. When you check in they guide you to your parking space and as you come and go they fit you in by moving barriers and stanchions....
