Dirty carpet, there was a sticky area on the carpet near the desk, and there was a blood stain on the bed sheet. I don't recommend Marriott Bonvoy hotels.

Our stay at this location was good and comfortable. We did not like that the lady at the check in counter came out covering her mouth because she was eating and did not greet us. That was very unprofessional. We liked the location and the room was clean so we would stay here again when we visit St. Augustine.

The hotel front desk staff checked us in a room with hearing accessible features. I specifically booked a room without hearing accessible because we don’t want it. She didn’t even ask us first. We arrived at the hotel late in the evening. We found out only until we opened the room. We were so tired to go down the lobby to ask them for a different room.

Not at all a bad place but for the money they should include a breakfast. No real complaints--it's a standard motel a block away from a beautiful beach with several walkable restaurants nearby. My group of four enjoyed having a cocktail and playing games in the lounge at the end of our day seeing the sites.

Entry door squeaked, closet door squeaked terrible. A/c sounded like a car engine. Trim work off near tub wallpaper peeling, facet lifted out of the wall when pulling up for shower. When making reservations all was said was 1 2 3 floor. Not right side of hallway not over looking pool. We would have chosen different if offered. Was not a pleasant stay for the price.
