The hotel is very clean. The staff was wonderful! Friendly and considerate. We enjoyed staying here, located on the beach! Only drawback wasthat niether the pool or the hot tub worked. It was extremely cold. We were told that we could use both at the Hilton across the highway until they were fixed. The location and the beach totallymade up for the incany inconvenient.

Good location on beach side of street. Enjoyed watching new year fireworks from room’s balcony. Complimentary breakfast and free parking were a plus. Walls a bit thin between connecting rooms so could get noisy at times.

The bed in our hotel has got to be the worst bed I have ever slept in. This is the first Hilton affiliate that I’ve ever had this problem in. Usually, they are the most comfortable beds. This bed was hard as a rock

We stayed one night to attend the Night of Lights. Property was close to everything. The front desk staff were amazing and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful, very tasty and lots of options. Will definitely stay here again when in St Augustine.

Everything was as expected for a Hampton inn with the exception of the odor in the room. We were on the ground floor with a patio and it smelled like the beach combined with body odor. Woke up with a stuffy nose and cough.

There was a very large barking dog next door that barked every time someone walked by. Finally had to get earplugs. Not hotel's fault but sure made it a miserable night.
