"The hotel is beautiful, the room clean and spacious. However ,i booked Sunday ,check in at 4 Found out afterwards the waterslide closes Sunday at 4 ,they do not consider Sunday the weekend. I had 3 very upset grandchildren Extremely disappointing considering I paid $300 to stay in the worst neighborhood in London for that sole reason The bath tub in the room also was useless as the drain wouldnt close"

"Amazing stay, clean room, everything you could possibly need in our suite. Staff service was friendly and perfect, all around best hotel I've been to, and the pool is nice and warm!"

"The only complaint we had was honestly the parking. There wasn't enough spots in the underground. As a lot were taped off. We did manage to find a spot along the tape that management said we could use. "

"The hotel itself is very good. However the room which I was originally given had an extremely loud fan. When I notified them of the issue, I give full credit to the front desk when they upgraded me to a larger and very quiet room! "
