"Great little room. Host was more than accommodating given the fact I accidentally booked a smoking room. He was able to re-arrange a few things to get us a non smoking room. It was so very appreciated. our room was clean and neat. Every day we were provided clean towels and our beds were neatly made. May not be the nicest area in town but this place is a gem."

"Pros: *Clean, conveniently located right downtown Hamilton. *Large modern rooms with comfy bed and pillows *Great views from the room (17th floor) *Starbucks coffee for breakfast *Nice bar on second level with good pub and restaurant food, good variety menu. Great cold beer *friendly staff Cons: *Not safe to walk around especially at night, but still the safest hotel in that area. Lots of homeless people still roam around and many unsavoury characters right in front of the hotel entrance....
