"The Expedia booking was terrible. I picked this location because the Expedia Deal said breakfast was included, however it didn’t come through on the reservation. I stayed 10 minutes further away from my destination to get the “breakfast” included deal. Lucky for me the front desk lady took the time to check out the Expedia site and saw that it said breakfast, so she gave me and my son the voucher. "

"The hotel is beautiful, the room clean and spacious. However ,i booked Sunday ,check in at 4 Found out afterwards the waterslide closes Sunday at 4 ,they do not consider Sunday the weekend. I had 3 very upset grandchildren Extremely disappointing considering I paid $300 to stay in the worst neighborhood in London for that sole reason The bath tub in the room also was useless as the drain wouldnt close"
