"Overall, it is a nice hotel. It is pretty clean and for the most part the staff is friendly. The breakfast is hardly edible. The workmanship of the building is overall shotty with doors not lining up, crooked outlets, etc. I did go to the front desk and ask for more creamer for my room and the girl was a bit rude, she acted like she didn't want to help me...luckily a manager was there and made the girl go get me some creamer. They charge approx. $20 USD to park in their underground parking...

"Im a Marriott member and i was upgraded to a primere suite and given acess to the VIP lounge, included snacks, drinks, coffee and a beautiful breakfast in the morning. Definitely staying again!"

"Stayed overnight for a London Knights game. Great location walking distance to the Canada Life centre. Great service everything was wonderful. Our room was amazing much bigger then expected and bigger then the average King size bed room. Would definitely stay here again. "
