"Inside are great. These condos on the west side should not be open for business. First-The construction workers parking next to you personal vehicle and using power equipment. 2nd we had no hot water, spent most of the morning changing rooms twice. The first night of dining we were sat at a table with people we didn’t know and very loud and attire was not observed. 3rd, my credit card was charged by Expedia and also by the resort, two times. I will be reporting that to my banking instruction....

"Great for families, including infants. Free breakfast and kitchen in the room made dining options easy and in and out free parking made it easy to get to all the restaurants. Easy walk or trolley available as well Room was clean, and cleaning staff was in and out of your room if needed. "

"Great and beautiful property with nice pools, an excellent beach, and comfortable rooms. The view was amazing. Room service and the food at the pool bar were also great—the grouper sandwich is highly recommended. We really enjoyed the kayaks, though the oars could be longer for better use. The only downside: while we understand it’s post-hurricane, at this price point, a proper coffee shop with decent cappuccinos throughout the day should really be expected. "Property is well maintained. Check in very quick and easy. Had our room earlier than expected. Breakfast everyday was excellent and great selection. Wifi worked everywhere, including pool area. Pool was very good and large enough to accommodate busy periods. Location was 3 minute walk to Tin City which has some dining options plus shops. A little further down the road is the top of 5th Avenue, which is about a 12 minute walk from hotel. Overall an excellent experience, would return ."
