Terrible smell in the 1st room. Moved to a 2nd room and it was OK. The mattress of the sofa bed was torturous and noisy provoking stiff neck to my son and kept all family awake all night. Awful experience.

From the moment you walk in, all you smell is mildew. The place is full of mold and mildew. Let's not forget occassiona roach.in the bathroom. I confronted the front desk just to be left dealing with a rude. arrogant, and defensive manager. I ended up extremely ill on the first night and continued being ill for the majority of my stay. I ended up with a respiratory infection. I notified Expedia and their only option offered to me was to check me out early, refund the remaining unused days, and leave me stranded in Naples. I had no choice but to stay here for the entire trip. The place is very run down, outdated, dirty, with rude management. Lesson learned.

The property needs an update, the gym is way too small, with out a ventilation system, the air conditioning doesn't work and the equipment has no maintainment at all. The rooms are poorly clean, we found cockroachs in multiple ocations, the room hasn't a proper ventilation system either since the windows are sealed shut concentrating smells and humidity, there is almost no night personal turning the hotel into a very unsafe place. The exterior illumination is deficient. In the entirety of our long stay, non of our basic requirements were full filed, we only received excuses. A basic but limited breakfast

My first room had a very strong cigarette smell where it was hard to breathe. The staff was so helpful and moved us immediately. Zero complaints about the staff, they went above and beyond. But you definitely get what you pay for. This isn’t a nice hotel by any means, but it gets the job done

This hotel is in serious need of a refresh. Things are worn out, the lighting in the hallways is way too dim, and the free breakfast is worthless. One morning, no fresh fruit, no juice no eggs. They did have waffle maker going but pretty sad. Fortunately there is a IHOP a few minute walk from the hotel. It’s a great location for a hotel in Naples but it needs some updating and attention to detail.
