"We loved our stay here. Location was perfect. 1 min walk to beach, gorgeous views on the bay. Loved all the decks. Quick 8 min walk to the village with all the restaurants, candy shops, pier, bars. It was perfect for our family of 4 and grandparents. Jim was an amazing host. Communicated very well, asked several times if we needed anything else. Easy check out instructions and always replied to my emails within a day. We cant wait to rebook with them this summer. "

"The house is located beautifully for sunrises and sunsets and gorgeous water views. The house was very clean and equipped well for all of our needs. With six master suites and a children’s bunk room, we had plenty of space for 8 adults and 3 children. The elevator was handy for luggage and groceries. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool with its warm temperatures and quiet setting. It was the perfect house for our family Christmas gathering."

"Great house for a group of 11 ladies for our annual Girl's Weekend. The size of the house, number of bedrooms/bathrooms was perfect for getting ready, relaxing, etc. and no one felt cramped or crowded. The house itself is beautiful, very clean and equipped w/all of the amenities including a beautiful outdoor area w/a fun pool/slide. The only issue that we had with that was remembering to push the door alarm leading to the pool before entering or exiting as it was LOUD (though we understand that it is for safety/code required). Also, seemed to be a lot of mosquitos in the pool area so having bug spray or citronella candles handy is absolutely needed. The rooftop deck was awesome for coffee or sitting out and watching the stars at night. Overall, a 5-star experience and everyone was saying how much they loved it and were talking about coming back with their families!"

"This is our second time staying at this house. The price was much higher this time around, but we love the layout and the location so much we had to return. Having so many rooms with private bathrooms, yet also a couple for sharing is fantastic! The bunk room is great for the kids and so cozy! Two sets of washers/dryers is also great. Wonderful garage space, covered porches, and sun porch way up high are also amazing. There isn't a screened porch so bring bug spray. Beach is a short walk and there are sidewalks on the main road to walk to the cute little downtown area. Sunsets are breathtaking on the beach. We fished from the dock (didn't have much luck) and also rented kayaks from a local place and took them out a lot. Thankful our dogs could come! The new pool is fantastic (although we had trouble figuring out how to get the pool to heat - pump has to be running and the way to adjust that is not easy to find). We loved the slide and the place to sit in the shallow water. The room with the AC just outside is loud. Neighbors left their pool lights in "party mode" all night so the master bedroom changed colors every 30 seconds all night so bring an eye mask and ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Cords in dining area when shades are open are very long and in a loop so keep an eye on young children around them. Grass is artificial-watch out for nails sticking up! We had a couple issues that were fixed promptly by management. We will return!"

"Tide Of Your Life was perfect for our big family trip. We went with 3 other families and the house was exactly what we needed. Complete with beach chairs, tents, and carts to get us to the beach across the street from us or down the road was great. Lots of towels, two sets of washers and dryers, and plenty of room for us all. The roof top deck was the best part IMHO. We hope to come down again!"
