"Comfortable and quiet hotel in a great location very close to all the shops and restaurants on 5th Ave. staff at the hotel was friendly and rooms were comfortable and clean. Good amenities like bikes and shuttle to the beach. The only I would say the hotel should improve on is their breakfast. Since they are charging a resort fee I think a few healthier options should be available. The only options were sugary pastries and brown bananas. Coffee was good though. "when I first arrived I was nervous because there was a lot of damage to surrounding properties. But rooms were great and all the staff was excellent. There were two bars on the beach and sitting areas on the beach. They close by 10pm, so no issues with late music. Excellent vacation!!!"

"I was really impressed with this property. Excellent walkable location, affordable, nice common areas and bar, and fabulous pool!! We weren't even there on the days when the pool bar was open, that would be even better! Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Sarasota. "
