This is a great location! I can't give it a 5 but that was due to 2 hurricanes so the are still recovering. I absolutely recommend as remodeling won't last forever.

Check-in was awesome and I believe Alex welcomed me and gave me drink coupons for Tiki bar attached. First the good: Convenient to shopping, restaurants, bars and most of all walking distance to the beach. It's beautiful. This property is still under renovation of 1st Floor which is indicated on the FB page. Wish I saw it earlier. Walls are paper thin, and you can hear any detail conversation next door. We had neighboring room with loud acrobatic children. Construction team woke us up bright and early everyday (and through the day) with sawing and banging. Check out is at 10a. I called for later check out and after being put on hold for over 10mins I called back and got a different agent who agreed to allow checkout at 11a. Despite this arrangement, cleaning crew arrived and banged on door constantly while I'm yelling 'occupied'. Twice they tried to force themselves in and I had to physically push the door closed as I was not finished dressing. Pool area and hot tub was clean but was heavily occupied. If you're looking for a spot close to the beach and nightlife, this may be a viable option. I'd recommend looking elsewhere as there are more well-kept and better served properties close by.

Our room was a bit dated, but it was clean, spacious and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. While our room was dated, they are in the middle of renovating the resort and are recovering for the damage from the hurricanes. Location was AMAZING! The staff was top notch. They've thought of everything. Beach chairs, beach buggies, cooler, towels, bikes and even free ice in the office. I would definitely stay again and definitely recommend.

Booked a room on whim after deciding to stay in the area an extra night. Saw the proximity to the beach and the hot tub and decided to book. Didn’t realize “Bar Side” meant that our room was LITERALLY inside the bar. Like we could open our door and order a drink. Not ideal for a couple such as ourselves. The mural outside was also lewd and offensive. The grounds were not super well kept and were not aging nicely. The hot tub and pool area were across the street which wasn’t convenient, but at least that portion of the resort was pretty nice and well kept. The staff were helpful in offering an upgrade but we ultimately left and stayed at a Best Western.

If you want to be in the center of everything, this property is it. Close to the beach close to the town close to restaurants and bars. Perfect location, very accommodating and very friendly staff.

This place was wonderful to stay at! Although they are still making some repairs due to the hurricanes, they had minimal effects during our stay. We loved that they provided beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and beach carts for each room. Super short walk to the beach. The pool was amazing! I highly recommend and we will be booking for next year!

Great location and nice place to stay all the key activities in the village walkable, and beach just across street. The tiki bar music is a bit to loud during day, might be an issue for young kids who go to bed before 9.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel is perfectly located at the end of Siesta Village. The beach is just a few steps away. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful. Everyone from the desk clerks, housekeeping, bartender to the maintenance guy. Top notch. We stayed in room 203. Newly refurbished. Nice and clean. The room was a Siesta Bar Side Bunk. When we stepped out of the room, we were in the tiki bar. Highly recommend.
