"Great experience! Very clean AND easy to keep clean. Spacious, lots of light and good views. We cook and found the kitchen was excellent! A block off Main Avenue and the great restaurants and coffee shops. Location of apartment is on a service street so there is no noisy traffic. Space for one car off street parking.We had six people over for supper and was comfortable and easy. Plenty of convenient storage space. It was just right for us! (our only 5 star rating for the 2024)"

"We booked this house for a weekend ski competition and it was exactly what we were looking for. Check-in was smooth and easy, Joshua was thorough in his communications and instructions. The large living room was perfect for the team to lounge after a hard days skiing, eat some snacks and family style dinners. The shuttle service had us to and from chair 4 in 5 minutes each day and the boot dryers kept our feet dry throughout the trip. 10 out of 10"

"We have stayed all over Durango (Purgatory, Cascade Village, hotels, etc.) and THIS place is by far the best! Easy walking distance to downtown, the train station, etc. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet; so much so that deer wonder the area and bed down in the backyard many times. Truly a gem right in the middle of Durango. Do it, book it, you’ll be glad you did!"

"Very nice roomy property with great views all around. Multi levels worked well for privacy and space. Pretty much needed a car to get around to town and shopping but very walkable to bike x country trails and walking paths"

"I had a hard time getting in touch with the property before checkin as they did not answer my emails and the phone number on their website is no longer a working number. They offered us a new number only after check in. Microwave, oven and stove were not easy to use. A very small kitchen more of a kitchenette. Staff was friendly and the location is very good. Close to gondola "
