"We loved the home. We had tons of room. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was a grill on the balcony. We enjoyed the separate levels of the home, the hot tub, and all the attention to details throughout the home The view was lovely, we had dinner at the table while gazing at the mountains. It's the perfect location for close to town, hiking trails and some privacy too. It's the best rental home we've stayed in and we've stayed in a lot! We highly recommend to anyone staying in Pagosa...

"Husband and I stayed here for 5 days and loved it! Sitting outside on the balcony was one of the best features. The only thing I would note is the tv is hit or miss, mostly miss. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes etc and there is a grill available too. We were able to walk to downtown Pagosa. Communication with the owner was great! We highly recommend this property!!"

Everything was as it was stated in the listing. The location of the home was excellent and the neighborhood was very nice. Due to age ranges of our family the media room was the biggest hit with the younger individuals watching movies sports and playing games. The home was clean and everything worked...
