"Very clean and nicely decorated (minus one slightly creepy painting). It had a well equipped kitchen which is always greatly appreciated. Tons of helpful info in the house and within the welcome letter for those who haven't visited the area before. The only complaint which is maybe a weird one, is the toilet was too small (for a bigger guy like myself). Otherwise I highly recommend staying here and we will likely be doing so again in the future! Thanks for the hospitality!"

"This home & property is very unique. I have stayed in many places and have to say this was so beautiful with very well appointed details.EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN!! And the furniture was not only beautiful but also very comfortable. Many different sitting areas outside and gorgeous antique touches mixed with contemporary furniture as well.I would absolutely recommend this place and would also love to visit again. The owners are extremely nice and accommodating. 5 stars for sure!"

"I wanted to visit Mesa Verde again after 29 years. The Oliver House was perfect for our family. It was 35 minutes from the park gate, had a fenced in back yard for our two dogs, and a patio made for grilling and enjoying an uninterrupted view of the mountains. We arrived later than expected due to stopped traffic on the highway. We found chocolate on the kitchen table to help lift the mood and cold water in the fridge. I forgot lotion…no problem! A small bottle of body lotion was provided in...

"We were absolutely overjoyed to discover this beautiful gem for our stay in the Mancos area. The location is idyllic - open plain surrounded by beautiful sunrises and dramatic, photo worthy sunsets. The home is beautifully renovated, the beds and pillows are comfortable, everything is clean and in working order (and the wifi works!). The best Air B&B we have ever stayed in. Definitely returning to this charming and affordable gem."
