"We had a wonderfully peaceful stay at Charlie & Kait’s rental. The space was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Of special note, the bed was the perfect level of firmness and the shower had amazing water pressure. The area was spacious and private. Excellent and kind communication from the hosts and extra special touches that made our stay even more memorable. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to many restaurants and the riverfront. I would recommend this stay to friends...

"We actually had to rent 2 homes but this was the favorite. Our stay brought so many together for a memorial and a wedding. Travelers from MN, NM, WY and CO. The home was great, the access to park, downtown and eating facilities was awesome as our group was 9 years old to 73 years old - hot tube to bikes. Convenient for shopping.. Totally consider this one again. "

"The VRBO was very nice. The King bed on the lower level was a little high for my older mother, a step stool or some kind of wide stool would be helpful for shorter people. the Back sliding door was unlocked and we were not able to latch it so it was open while we were there and while we were out. A stick or something to secure it would be helpful. It was a great location and BV is an awesome place. Our VRBO owner was wonderful and very kind. "
