"Beautiful home that was a great base for exploring the area and plenty of space to hunker down and rest, read, watch a movie in a beautiful setting.Nice kitchen, we made good use of stove and oven, and charcoal grill.It’s a short walk down to the river, and you can see it clearly out the windows and from the many decks. "The location is beautiful and relaxing. The beds are seriously the most comfortable we have ever slept in! So many thoughtful touches like toiletries and towels, and an amazingly well stocked kitchen. It’s just a short (and beautiful) drive outside of Salida … we loved it!!"

"Home is large enough to accommodate several couples/families at one time."

"I really enjoyed the space and the amenities. My only piece of feedback is that the heating system was very loud and vibrated a lot. It was a cold weekend, so it was a busy little furnace!The backyard was incredible and I plan to stay here again very soon!"

"This is a nicely kept up, renovated 2 bedroom house in old BV. BV is rapidly becoming a resort town. This house is in the older section, a two block walk to main street. It's nicely furnished, clean, and has a fenced backyard. This is especially nice for us, traveling with a miniature schnauzer who we could let loose there. Highly recommended. Would go back. "

"Such a great place to stay. Just a block off Main Street, so it’s super convenient to eat, shop, grab a cup of coffee. But also was a very quiet neighborhood which made it easy to rest and relax. A mama Deer and her two fawns visited frequently in the yard. Wonderful place!"
