"The rooms can use new AC units as the rooms smelled due to water leaking I’m from the unties onto the floor. One of our rooms smelled bad. The showers have been updated but do not keep the water in the shower and leak onto the bathroom flooding which can cause a slip and fall."

"The service and reception were excellent however, the room had constant noise being made in the evening like knocking water lines. "

"This was easily my 9th stay at The Naples Grand. I love the place. The restaurant options on site are all very good. Admittedly I do ask for a room at the end of the hall, but I have never heard ANY noises that were invasive. There's a boardwalk that is a lovely walk down to the beach .... and there is the option to take an electric cart down to the beach. There's a simple restaurant at the beach and beach chairs and umbrellas. Running downstairs for a really good breakfast is a...

My 9th Stay at Naples Grande

"This was easily my 9th stay at The Naples Grand. I love the place. The restaurant options on site are all very good.
