"THERE WAS NO CHECK-IN, BECAUSE THIS PROPERTY WAS SEVERLY DAMAGED BY HURRICANE IAN. THERE SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN RESERVATIONS MADE. WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL CAUSE I KNEW IT WAS NOT HAPPENING, I WAS DENIED CAUSE I WAS PAST THE TIME LIMIT. THERE WERE NO CHARGES FROM THE HOTEL CAUSE THEY WERE NOT AND NEVER WERE OPEN. I KNEW THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN BUT EXPEDIA WAS UNCOOPERTIVE IN SAYING I COULD NOT CANCEL EVEN AFTER I EXPLAINED WHERE THIS HOTEL AND MANY OTHERS THEY WERE BOOKING WERE LOCATED. I...

"Quiet! Clean! Gorgeous view from rooftop restaurant."

"The rooms can use new AC units as the rooms smelled due to water leaking I’m from the unties onto the floor. One of our rooms smelled bad. The showers have been updated but do not keep the water in the shower and leak onto the bathroom flooding which can cause a slip and fall."

"Room was clean and had view of bay as requested but over restaurant so very noisy and a/c in room was noisy. Shower pressure was terrible. "
