"Overall, conditions are appropriate for motel rather than a 500-dollar a night hotel. Basic amenities (small pool), basic rooms, including bathrooms. Extremely poor sound isolation - we could hear our neighbors speaking, and every time they used a bathroom, toilet flushed with Niagra sound. If you just need a bed to spend a night in Sarasota that's ok, but if you think that for your 500 a night you are getting anything remotely fancy - think again. This won't be the case. "

"Location, staff, food and beach access were great! For the cost of my stay I was disappointed we had to spend $38 per day for parking. Bathrooms/shower needs renovations. Also, rooms should have smart TVs."

"Front desk clerk, Yasmine, was wonderful. Very patient with a couple of angry early arrivers, among a lot of early arrivers. She kept composure, gave us recommendation for lunch, and by the time we came back our room was not only ready, but it was an upgrade to a King Studio. She's the kind of employee who adds a lot of value to your property!"
