"Stayed 3 nights but no replenish of towels, or coffee supplies in room. Was I supposed to ask for this? Chair in room stained. Iron was nasty. Otherwise room was clean and comfortable. Just need more consistency. "

"This is the nicest budget hotel I’ve stayed in. Rooms were clean and modern and the service was nice. The rooms have a nice built-in space with ambient lighting, the heating unit wasn’t loud, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Front desk was very nice with handling our late check-in, specifically Kimberly. Overall, great experience for the value. "
