"The only option available to book was the part of the lodge that was not updated. We asked for an upgrade at checkin but they were not able to accomodate. Instead the front desk staff provided free breakfast for our stay which was very generous. Loved my spa booking and the staff in the spa. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We got the same server, Willi, at both breakfasts. He was so nice and made it a pleasure. Everything needed was onsite. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back! "

"Beautiful hotel, gives vintage feelings. Beautiful bar and dinning area. Valet parking from 7am to about 9-10 pm. For $20 plus tip. I wish they had a parking lot closer incase you forget something in the car. Parking lot is across the street. Bed was a little firmer than I’d prefer and the shower door wouldn’t stay shut for nothing! Bathroom door is a bit heavy. And around the shower didn’t look the cleanest. Over all for the price and closeness to ruby I would stay again. I just brought Lysol...
