If this is part of the process, then I wish I would be notified in advance of not having access to my room. "

"It was ok for an overnight stay. Nothing fancy. Only weird thing was the bathroom door hit the front rim of tge toilet everytime. Dent in the door & the rim of the bowl was cracked. But overall, stay was ok."
