"Beautiful heritage house, I booked it last minute to get off the road in a snow storm.Minor irratence that the room wasn’t made up at 5:00, but I hadn’t given much notice. While it is period correct the claw foot tub just isn’t as functional as a modern shower. The rest of the house is like stepping into a time capsule. It would be a lovely place to check out in fall."

"River Views Lavender Farm was an exceptional place to stay! Upon arrival we were greeted by 3 very happy and friendly dogs! The room was very comfortable and met all our needs. We opened up the windows and enjoyed listening to the sound of the river below and admiring the beauty all around. There was an issue with the internet connection not working, we were in communication with our host often and the issue was resolved in a timely manner. "We enjoyed a wonderful little vacay at this apartment. The Cardinal room was cozy and had everything we wanted. Very comfortable bed.Very clean and well stocked. Pleasant walk to old town for persons who are moderately active. If we return to Harpers Ferry, which we hope to do, we will definitely try to stay here again."
