Property needs a lot of attention. Sinks / Bathtubs were cracked and sealed with caulking. Room had a horrible smell. Carpet was full of pet hair in the one room we had.

Hotel has had a cosmetic update, but the beds are very uncomfortable and the door locks stick. Our first room was so uncomfortable and the door so difficult to open we requested a room change. When we received the keys to the second room they would not work. Went back to office and the clerk made another set and told us, “if these don’t work you’ll just have to wait, I’m too busy to deal with this”. Luckily the second set worked. Also, all the ice makers are broken.
