Don’t let the pictures fool you, this was purely lipstick on a pig. The hotel chain just renovated the exterior, the interior of the hotel is massively in need of an upgrade…. Everywhere .. rooms , pool area , broken stuff in multiple rooms we had rented. Staff were great

Our feet got dirty from the room. The shower was out of soap. The diverter sticks bad. Light bulbs burnt out. Bath door swings open by itself. Beds were too stiff and uncomfortable. Location and breakfast was good.

We walked in our room and the fire alarm was missing, while wires were hanging off the wall. We went to close the curtains and the whole curtain unit that was made of wood fell off and fell on my husband! It was a huge wooden box and had pizza on the top! The carpets are filthy. It’s just gross. Thank God my husband didn’t get that on his head! We would have been in the ER.

This was my first visit to the property as well as the specific hotel chain. I was greeted at the check-in desk by a very friendly woman. This process took about five minutes! The faster you can get me to my room, the happier I am. Cleanliness of the entire hotel was extremely impressive. I always use a blacklight in hotel rooms just to satisfy my curiosity...didn't see one glowing thing! Not sure how that's possible, but WOW! We needed fresh towels one day and after hanging up the phone we got the delivery within minutes! The staff is on point! The indoor/outdoor heated pool was spotless inside and out. I'd love to see them add an indoor hot tub. The area is already there. It made for an excellent place to play VR! The breakfast is something special. You can choose from eggs, sausages, hash browns, bacon, biscuits and gravy, full size waffles, mini waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal, bagels, toast and more! They even have packets of NUTELLA, but people are really greedy, so grab one if you can. The staff working the breakfast room couldn't be any nicer......a genuine nice! I loved my stay, and I will definitely be back. WELL DONE! WELL DONE!

Bed mattress had stains, room above had running noise until after 10 PM..called the front desk and they said they would address it. Later had to go to the front desk. Wouldn't call the room until after 10 pm. TV screen was fuzzy..terrible picture, water barely warm..we stayed here in the spring and it wasn't like this. Will never stay here again!

I would not stay here again. The rooms need a major renovation and feel dirty overall. The curtains do not pull shut and there are no shades, so you can see directly into the room through the thin panel. This caused people to be able to look directly in and bright light pour directly into our beds affecting our sleep. Linens for pull out were not provided so had to go back to front and request. It just felt very dirty and run down. Would not stay here again.
