"The stay was great. The place was in a great location, host was easy to get in contact with and responded fast, the building offered amenities and fun things to do, and the information of what the room offered was accurate. The only reason this stay is getting 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the cleanliness; there was leftover coffee grounds in the pot and a used cooking pan in the oven. "

"Can’t beat the ski lockers in the same apartment building with the ski rental and slopes just steps out the door! No driving necessary. Located in the ski village and just a short walk to the restaurants and shops. The apartment had all the items need to make your own food. The living space was comfortable. Would stay here again!"

"The condo was in good shape and had a modern tv in the living area. So that was nice that I could airplay and stream from my phone or iPad. This isn’t a critique, but just passing on advice. I wouldn’t stay there with more than two people because the place is a bit on the small side. Maybe two adults and two small children might work, but if you have all your luggage and ski gear in there, you lose space in a hurry. "My mother and I chose this property to stay for an extended period of time while my dad recovered from extensive surgery at WVU med center about 10 mins away. It was great to have a quiet home to eat and rest after very long and often stressful days. Fortunately, all is going well and we will be always grateful for the quiet apartment that was our home away from home. Erica was fantastic and reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed. "

"Very clean and spacious! Close to where we needed to be New River Gorge. Staff at Biscuit World was great plus the breakfast!!! Had dinner at Fire Creek and it was delicious! "

"Everything was as described and Tammy was very easy to communicate with. We received nearly a foot of snow during our stay and Tammy arranged for someone to come plow the back lot. Much appreciated!"

"Responsive owner prior to booking. Felt large, good kitchen. Nice to have two full baths and washer and dryer private. First floor does have one set of steps down from entrance level. Shuttle stop just across the parking lot, but no direct shuttles from leatherbark to silver creek, must transfer at the village.Will stay again!"

"The outside light was burned out, the bedroom was especially dirty. The fan was covered with so much dust you could not use it. The smoke detectors battery compartments were open with batteries in them so they were not working. The bathroom attached to bedroom had no hot water, tepid at best. The bathroom sink needed 3 lightbulbs there was one. No trash can liners or toilet tissue ( I found a third of a roll). This property is old but it seems to me it should be maintained better. Fresh...
