"Very convenient location as it is less than one block from the train station (no cars are allowed in Zermatt). Clean facilities and helpful guest services. Breakfast was great and free with a stay. Cheap beer at the bar which is unheard of in Switzerland. Balcony was nice but could be loud at times but overall Zermatt is a very quiet place. "

"We actualy were move over to Mont Cervin Palace (Sister property). Wonderful experience. Staff exceptional in every way. Helpfull and friendly. Property: wonderful. Great breakfast and breakfast staff. Pool was very nice. We were primarily hiking in the area so it was nice to have a pool available at the end of a long day in the mountains. Location: centre of the town. Everything is walkable. Loads of pubs and restaurants within a couple of minutes. I recommend and would stay here again."
