"Stayed one night here, after 2 nights at the nearby Hotel Parnass. Parnass was much less expensive and a better value. Had a much larger room at Banhof, but unlike Parnass there was no free breakfast (Parnass has a large and excellent breakfast buffet). Also, my shower had a slow drain and very quickly was standing in a couple of inches of water while showering. Otherwise, very comfortable and convenient. Right across the street from the train station, which was especially nice as I left Zermatt...

"Loved staying here! We don’t typically stay in hostels but this place was excellent! The staff was super friendly and helpful! We had a private room with shared bathroom and showers. The bathroom and showers were super clean and the showers had great water pressure and heat. The spa in the pictures is not included it is additional, but it’s a nice option to have. "Great hostel in Old Town! Old Town is a medieval village with no cars. Get lost in the alleys, take pics and drink wine! The hostel is in a courtyard with a bar/restaurant. Great location in a cute city! "
