Nice place for a few days' rest

The hotel is gradually coming back to full functionality - the pools were very pleasant and whilst the hotel was full, it did not feel you had to queue or too crowded. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Excellent place to stay as a family wanting to explore local ski resorts. Fantastic breakfast, pools, spa and fast river a massive hit with all. Only slight and minor query is the food for dinner was good but a touch limited for kids.

We had a great stay, both kids and adults. Stayed for four nights. Food, cleaning, equipment everything was great. We went to Charmonix for one day - can strongly recommend and to the the small old village where we climbed the castle and had lunch - beautiful. And best of all - water in the pools were warm and nice! : )

une escapade parfaite !

excellent complexe hotelier. l'offre de restauration n'est pas fantastique mais tout le reste est parfait. le service et tous les serveurs sont extremement efficaces, aimables, et competents ! le petit dej est tres correct et les thermes sont merveilleux ! le cadre tout autour de l'hotel est divin, les randonnees a faire autour sont tres nombreuses !

Accueil non chaleureux

Le personnel de l’accueil s’est montré froid et hautain. Lors du check-in, la personne en charge ne nous a pas informés qu’il sera nécessaire de changer de bracelet pour accéder aux bains le jour du départ. Ainsi, on nous a remis un bracelet à entrée unique/sortie définitive. Avec ce bracelet, l’accès se fait par l’entrée classique des bains, et non par celle réservée aux résidents de l’hôtel comme durant le séjour. Cela a posé problème, car nous avions déjà déposé toutes nos affaires dans les casiers du côté réservé aux résidents de l’hôtel. Nous avons donc dû tout déplacer, ce qui aurait pu être évité avec une meilleure communication. Lorsque nous avons signalé ce manque d’information à l’accueil, aucune excuse ne nous a été présentée pour ce désagrément. Côté positif, le petit-déjeuner était excellent, avec des produits de qualité. Le personnel du restaurant et les femmes de ménage étaient très sympathiques, à l’inverse du personnel de l’accueil. Nous avions une chambre mansardée. Bien que fonctionnelle, elle était petite et rapidement étouffante à cause de la chaleur. De plus, le frigo du mini-bar ne refroidissait pas correctement.
