"I had a wonderfully pleasant man checking me in; however, after assigning me a room in the west tower, he gave me a parking QR code that only worked in the lot at east tower. It was a huge inconvenience to carry our luggage that distance and then to go to the desk to later get a QR code for the lot in the tower we were staying."

"I really like the rooms and the casino. My only complaint is that they often only have one bar open and 1 bartender. That 1 bartender is doing a great job, but of course they can't keep up. You end up waiting in line forever for a drink. I like getting wait service on the casino floor, but the few times I did see a waitress, they all just run by super quick yelling "drinks" and they don't even look around to see if anyone wanted one. "

"The property manager is falsely advertising this hotel. The hotel is very outdated, unclean, and has a bad odor. Upon checking in just from the unkept and lack of cleaning from the lobby, i could tell. We immediately requested a refund and why. The manager who stated the system wouldnr allow and that he just work there, we knew qas the actual owner. Its sad people falsely advertise thier establishment and take advantage of people and thier hard earning. We even offered to pay for 1 night and...

"Staff was very nice. We had requested a King bed, but due to renovations on all the King rooms, we got 2 queen beds, which was fine. Very quiet this time of year. A nice little getaway. "
