"This is my go to hotel when I am in Hawaii. 4th time this year for business and 3 of the 4 times were at this hotel. Love the location, amenities, and staff. Especially Mel from the housekeeping team. Took great care of us and always provided a friendly smile and making sure we were taken care of while staying there. Cant wait to see the renovations to the room. I will be back!"

"The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was large, bright, and clean, as were the grounds and lobby. Not much of a view from our room. It had a moni-fridge but we didnt have a microwave. However, we were only there one night so these wer not an issue. Very convenient to the airport and they provide transportation to and from the airport, if needed."

"The location is excellent. Lots of dining options. Mall is right across which made many things super convenient. Beach was a quick walk. The hotel was clean. Carpets can probably use a replacement. The first night we arrived they did not have two rooms for us on the same floor although we had booked way in advance.
