I loved it quiet needed the rest was on the road 12 hours moving here for a job, my new apartment is just down the street very convenient the girl at the desk when i checked in nov 14th late at night was great!!

The couch in our room was terribly stained, something spilled or splashed on curtain and wall. The carpets in the halls were dirty, stained and bits of trash on our way to the room. Housekeeping never bothered with vacuuming or picking it up. This was also the case in the walkway to the casino. Chairs were dirty there too for the three days I was present.The restaurants were nice and clean as well as the casino itself.

It was an ok stay , the employees of the casino deli was a bit rudes they don't have much patience we went our 2 little ones, and we were trying to see what to order for our kids; there wasnt anyone else there just us and they were very impatient and trying to hurry us they also weren't closing anytime soon nor going on break because we sat there for a while and they were still there. Both the woman at the register and the man behind her (maybe the manager)had a very nasty attitude

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and answered all my questions. The room had a nice view. It was clean and comfortable. I had a good nights rest. The Casino provided enjoyable gaming options. I would certainly come here again.

The lobby of the hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly. Our room was very disgusting. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years and was sticky to walk on. The room had a very bad odor to it.

I booked through Expedia and was charged $102. When arriving at Bally’s I was again charged $72.00. So, I was charged almost $200 for 1 night and now have to wait to be reinbursed on my card

This property is horrible for a handicapped person and is not at all easy for taking a pet outside as there are no grassy areas. We booked two nights and only stayed for one night. Worst hotel experience in my 63 years of life, such a shame as were excited about our trip.

Def an older property...i love vintage but cleaning up and updating would do so much for this place. Beautiful, older building. Carpets need a deep cleaning, room was ok, but def outdated. AC system needs cleaning as the return register had buildup of mildew. Drapes were extremely wrinkled and discolored. Bed skirt did not fit the bed. Jiat needs some deep cleaning and some updating
