Then they have 6 empty concierge stations with only 2 employees working during the busiest time. Btw.... ALWAYS AUTOMATIC CHECKOUT @11AM. No need to stay on the long checkout lines. You're welcome"

"We're a big family so we bought a room at the cheapest hotel that included breakfast and had a pool. :) This hotel was absolutely GORGEOUS hotel! Was owned by Merrill Lynch previously and Big Pharma executives would arrive in the helipad. Hotel comes with heated Olympic-sized pool, indoor basketball court, indoor squash court, outdoor tennis court, pool tables, gourmet breakfast included. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, helpful and helped us navigate Princeton's campus the next day. "

"It was a Ramada not meadowlands view hotel. The room was not how it was advertised in the pictures. It was old and outdated. The bed was as hard as a rock. Very disappointing."
