Towels in room, very fe, we had to ask for more. Quality was poor. Old ragged over-used, not fluffy or soft at all. We almost always stay at Hampton Inn, this was one of the worst. Room was more spacious than weve seen before, but bathtub in poor condition. Property management needs attention Snow everywhere outside even 2 days after snow event. Parking lot poorly plowed, many walkways not shoveled, icy walking conditions Not convenient or safe frankly. Offered 5th floor, asked for lower floor level, told that 2 queen beds are only on floors 4 and 5. Due to fire hazard, we prefer not to stay above 2nd floor. Good breakfast. Best part of stay.

Room Maintenance Issues
Our stay was just OK. First of all, our bathroom sink was clogged and would keep filling up with water when we would use it. It's kind of gross when brushing your teeth. The 2nd issue was the AC unit leaking. The carpet was soaked all the way to other side wall. I had my belongings on the floor which was wet the next morning. The hotel said they could not do anything because we booked through hotels.com. Next time, I will book through the hotel website since nothing was done about it.
