"Despite being an old hotel the cleanliness and facilities are well maintained. There is however some slight damage (cracks here and there) from the recent earthquake. We travelled with a toddler so being next to a mall was super convenient. "

"Efficient check in, welcoming and extremely helpful front desk staff, very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Housekeeping staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating as were the beach and pool staff and the restaurant service people. The hotel is situated on an absolutely beautiful stretch of white sand beach. Between the many pool areas and the beach, there was never an issue finding a place to sit. Although the resort is located away from more central touristy areas, Grab was a very easy and inexpensive way to travel to those areas and/ or restaurants when we wanted to do so. There is a great supermarket within walking distance (approximately 1 kilometre)."

"We recently stayed at Village Hotel Sentosa as a family with a baby. While the cleanliness of the room was generally acceptable, we felt that some aspects of the facilities and service could be improved. Unfortunately, there was a major water supply disruption during our stay, which made it very challenging—especially with an infant. Initially, we were also informed that baby essentials like a crib and baby bathtub were unavailable, which was surprising given we were traveling with a young child. That said, once we highlighted the safety concerns and raised our feedback, the hotel took steps to address the situation. They offered compensation in the form of a complimentary night and breakfast for two, and they arranged support from their sister hotel to provide the baby items we needed. We appreciate the eventual service recovery, but we believe the experience could have been smoother if these basic needs had been proactively addressed earlier. Also while water shortage to provide the necessary water bottle with water and provide water wipes for temporary water shortage during 7pm which is dinner period. Overall, it was a mixed stay, with room for improvement in guest readiness and responsiveness—especially for families."
