"This is the best hotel I ever stayed in Bangkok. I stay here with my wife around 4 to 5 times a year. The staff is so great. This hotel I very love it. It feels like home to me. They like to give us an upgrade to 2 bedroom suit but only me and my wife stay there. We don’t need an extra room. I would prefer we get free breakfast instead for the upgrade. "

"Service was professional and thoughtful. When the coffee machine in my room didn't work and I called the front desk, hotel staff came and fixed that almost immediately. The day of my checkout, the team ordered my taxi at 4:45 a.m. and called my room at 4:30 to check if I needed help with the luggage. Room is clean and up to date. Location is great with walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and public transit. "
